How long is the delivery time on an average residential project?
Our lead time varies for each project but your average range is 10 to 12 days from the day the order is processed. We maintain a large inventory of profiles in this catalog and they can be shipped within 3-4 business days.
Can we paint the moulding?
Yes, you should paint our mouldings with a Elastomeric Masonry, Stucco & Brick Paint. This should be done within a couple weeks of installation.
How difficult is your moulding to install?
They are easy to install however we recommend an experienced contractor do the installation. We can give you our recommendations depending on your location.
I have a unique design, do you make custom moulding shapes?
Yes, we make any shape you can imagine. Our product can not only be shaped in any configuration, but we can make a myriad of different sizes. Our cement coated mouldings are manufactured to 8' lengths.
Should I be worried about the moulding cracking?
No, we use a special polymer mixture along with reinforcing mesh to all of our mouldings and cement mixes to insure that there will be no cracking over time.
What type of maintenance is required?
Periodic cleaning is suggested to maintain the mouldings appearance. Sometime repair of impact damage or punctures of the mouldings are necessary to restore surface integrity.
